Awareness is our true nature, love its fragrance
We all carry this intrinsic ability to be in life lovingly and joyfully, living our true nature.
Yet, we are usually entangled in doing and having rather than being, even though being is our natural state. We cannot exist without being, but we have learned to separate ourselves.
In the process of living our daily lives we become caught up in the activities of getting things done and getting others to do things for us. All our attention is directed outside of ourselves into the physical world we can see and touch. This has become a habit. Even our mental activity is focused outward to understand what we perceive externally, to formulate plans, to decide what to say to whom and how to say it.
For most of us, we have lost the sense and the contact with our true nature.
Meditation is the process of focusing our attention inwards, rather than outwards.
This 5-day ‘Meditation – a key for a transformed life’ provides a supportive framework within which participants will be able to move from doing /having to being and connect with themselves, open and share in a non-judgmental environment.
These five days will be an opportunity to experience directly what meditation is, they will lead us back to our centre, our true nature and help us to live in the present moment.
Different exercises, active and guided meditations as well as communication exercises are interwoven to create a flow of inward and outward energy. You will start experiencing being relaxed and open, gaining understanding from experience and insight rather than from a thinking process.
What will you gain from participating in this 5-day ‘Meditation - a key for a transformed life’?
• You will gain clarity about yourself, about who you are and about how you relate with the world around you.
• You will experience being in a loving attitude, an acceptance of yourself.
• You will have an opportunity to directly experience who you are!
• You will gain easiness in being here and now, a joy of being that does not depends on others, a joy for life, contentment.
• As a consequence, your life develops into being more flowing and relaxed. This change happens spontaneously, not as a result of arbitrary decisions.
