Self-awareness helps us to live our life from a totally different standpoint than the conditioned one we usually move from. Our natural state of being is to be open, letting our energies flow freely in and out. When lived from awareness, our life becomes a flow, a dance, a melting.
'Self-Awareness in motion' provides a supportive framework within which participants are able to connect with themselves, open and share in a non-judgmental environment. We will increase and strengthen our natural ability to open to ourselves and to others, as well as to live from trust and joy.
Different exercises, active and guided meditations as well as communication exercises are interwoven to create a flow of inward and outward energy. As the fragrance of our inner qualities is love, this course will also invite us to bring a quality of love into our actions.
